Interview
The first part of the interview process was an aptitude test. The next part was a coding interview in Java where I had to live coding on skeleton programs and make sure all the tests pass
It was 5 step interview, after talking with recruiter, you should do offline test and then online coding interview, system design interview and at the end there is a behavioural interview.
each interview with staff was ok but the whole process wasn't good, you need to provide a week for them to plan a one of the interviews and recruitment team didn't response my emial after the last interview even after doing the all interviews. So don't expect that much and don't count on that process

Interview
The interview process stretched over three months, and there were significant communication issues with the recruiter. I experienced a two-month ghosting period during which I regularly reached out without receiving any response. Furthermore, the process consisted of numerous stages, and scheduling was poorly managed, leading to a lack of clear feedback between stages. The interview stages included an initial call with the recruiter, two at-home LeetCode exercises, a behavioral interview centered around Klarna leadership principles, a live coding interview focusing on a React task, a system design interview, a logical reasoning test, and a team fit interview. That's a lot. The fact that the recruiter, who serves as the company's representative, failed to respond to emails for months and didn't turn on the camera during video calls raises concerns about the company's professionalism. This raises questions about whether inefficiencies and issues may exist at other levels within the organization.
