It took several weeks after applying to them, to hear anything back. First interview was a phone interview very informal, went over the information in my resume, and they asked a few simple questions of me regarding my work experience, and the type of work I enjoyed doing. At the end they asked if I had any questions, and after that, they said they would get back with me in a week or so, to see how they wanted to proceed.

Question 1
What type of accounting issues have you researched?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Dec 2011
Interview
Interview process takes half a day. If you have a morning interview, your last interview will be a lunch interview. Generally, you will interview with 6 people. All of them ask you very similar questions, although each person is looking for different pieces of information. From what I could tell, most of the questions came from a list I found on monster.com. If you prepare well, the interview is not very difficult. If you do not prepare well, you will have a very hard time.

Question 1
Honestly, I overprepared for the interview and I wasn't suprised by any of the questions. They were from monster.com.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Koch (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2011
Interview
Someone called me from the headquarters in Kansas and conducted a phone interview. They called me a few days later to schedule an interview in the office. The interview lasted 3 hours. Interviewed in 45min increments with 2 people in the first set and one in the other 3. The last conversation was through the HR person in Kansas to wrap things up; I asked her how long it will take to find out as well as how many people interviewed (in this case, 3). The questions are based on situational events you have gone through. They'll ask a situational question, and you have to tell them the incident, your behavior, and the end result. This went through all 5 people I interviewed with. They called me a week later to tell me that they had offered it to someone else.
