Much longer interview than most. Round-robin style with 45 min one-on-one with about 4 people. It was not clear who in the group of people was the hiring manager. Following the 4 interviews, all those involved in the interview process review thoughts/impressions of the canidate. Key items they are looking for are: integrity, group-fit, teachability, ingenuity, openness to `finding a better way' to do things (innovation).
Its a good idea to read Mr. Koch `Science of Sucess` before the interview so you are aware of the company culture, they really believe and live by the principles. But dont bring the book to the inverview or quote too much from it (that would be considered creepy or obssessive).
Dress well, firm hand shake, prepare enough questions to be able to ask at least one in each of the 4 sessions you will be in, and at least one for HR.

Question 1
Do you know what xxxx acronym stands for? I didn`t know very much about the technical part of the company so I had to find a way of saying `no` gracefully. I still got the job and never used the information they had asked me about in my job. I think they just wanted to see how I would react under pressure and if I was willing to say 'I don`t know' in an interview. Most people will lie and end up looking stupid....they see right through that.
