After submitting the application, the hiring process started with an initial phone interview to discuss my qualifications and interest in the role. This was followed by a detailed one-on-one virtual interview, where I had the opportunity to elaborate further on my experience and skills. Finally, the process concluded with a comprehensive virtual panel interview, involving four members of the hiring team, where in-depth discussions and scenario-based questions were conducted.

Question 1
Describe a time you faced a challenging situation with a colleague or team. How did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Dodge City, KS) in Jan 2022
Interview
It's a multiple round interview process. Usually starts with a screening interview with the HR recruiter out of the Wichita corporate office. Second round is usually via Teams video call with the hiring manager, and a few others. If you are applying for a specific production plant, they will bring you to the facility for an on-site interview, usually 2-3 sessions with 2 people on the interview team. Then someone will take you on a plant tour through the actual production areas to answer any questions you may have there.

Only got to the first round but it was a 30min interview with two people that I met at the social the night before. Pretty basic interview questions but they expected you to know a lot about the company.
