Interview
The interview was a behavior interview which the HR asked question about projects I did, difficulty I met and things I was proud of, etc after ran through my resume.
It seems that the HR focus on what action did I take when I talked about a situation.
It did not include any technical thing.
The interview was a 1:1 interview held in the school career center.

Tell me a situation when you met a difficulty, such that a project that the professor give negative comment on. And tell me what action did you take.

Interview
My recruiter called me with the opportunity and asked to send my resume over to Koch. Koch replied the next day that it was interested in having a telephone interview with me the following week. My first telephone interview was with a Koch Recruiter who asked mainly your typical behavioral interview questions (i.e. greatest accomplishment, situation where you had a problem with a co-worker or boss, personality traits). She contacted me the next day and told me that the company would like to have a 2nd phone interview of a more technical nature. I interviewed with a Director - technical in nature. Koch called me the next day and said they would like to fly me out to KS so I interviewed on site at Koch Industries with 7 people in a day (an HR rep first, the Director of the department for the position I was interviewing, and each of the department heads of IT. I got a call back a few days later and was made an offer.
