I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Koch (Bengaluru) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was good, 5 rounds most of them were process related and technical, look up for the principles of Koch. Its good to have information and answer the question associating with the principles
There were total of two rounds, first round was online technical assessment which included coding questions.
Selected peers move to next round of interview which is completely behavioural based questions
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS)
Interview
The interview process is relatively easy. For internships, you'll have 2 interviews, and full-time applicants have 4 interviews. The questions are largely behavioral (the company believes in teaching on the job, especially for entry-level roles). The biggest thing is that you showcase yourself as a problem solver and quick learner. The questions are almost entirely behavioral. Get comfortable with the SBO format (similar to STAR method) for answering questions.
