Koch interview questions

I submitted an application via campus recruiting. I received an email to take a video interview. The questions were pre-recorded and I had to record the answers. You are allowed five minutes per question.

Had a virtual, recorded interview first and then came into the office for a follow up in person interview. Standard questions about engineering project experiences, soft skills. Received a free hotel room and money for gas to come down to the office to interview.
