Koch interview questions

The interview process is conducted through a consultancy. IF YOU ARE NOT SELECTED THEN NEITHER THE CONSULTANCY NOR THE "HR" WILL BOTHER TO GIVE YOU FEEDBACK/UPDATE ON YOUR CANDIDATURE. They will not respond to your calls or e-mails. They talk big about their Market Based Management principles but they themselves hardly follow it. I FEEL FORTUNATE NOT TO HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO AN ORGANISATION WHERE CANDIDATES ARE NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends. This is one of those organisations where HRs have big egos.
