Koch interview questions

First I did a HireVue interview and then interviewed with two people. They were both pretty cold and one guy definitely seemed like he didn't want to be there which is not a good sign for me. It was a behavioral style interview.

Hiring is easy with most behavioural questions only. Most positions focus on MBM and Mindset. Candidates should read about MBM guiding principles and good profit. Be genuine and humble Talk to someone who already works there to know about the culture first
