I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS)
Interview
The interview process was really fun. I was interviewed on campus twice before traveling out to Wichita. I was interviewed by a manager and then the VP of KES. The first interview and second were 95% behavioral, but you need to know your stuff about Koch. The final interview day consisted of 2 sets of interviews and a quick post-interview to ask about other company offers and such. the final interview was mostly to see if you know your stuff and you are a good fit for the specific company within Koch. They will ask you about your strengths and weaknesses as well as what is your goals and passions. If you know yourself, know Koch, and have a passion for their work you will be fine
