Koch interview questions

The hiring process was pretty straightforward with an initial over-the-phone behavioral interview, and if the candidate makes it past that round, there is a more technical interview at a Koch Industries location

The interview was very straightforward. I was interviewed on campus with two people. It was business casual and the interviewers were very friendly. They asked straightforward behavioral questions, no technical questions. The whole interview lasted about 30 minutes.
