Interview
I was already employed at Koch, so this was an internal application. After applying for the position, I met with the manager of this team to ensure that I was familiar with the expectations of the role. Within a week after this meeting, I was sent my meeting invitations for the interviews.
I had two interviews with a total of three people. The process was very straight forward and was not surprising at all. Without going into detail that might give an applicant an unfair advantage, the questions were mostly seeking information about times that I have been in certain scenarios, how I behaved in those scenarios, and the outcomes of each. Having strong examples is always a plus, but applicants should always have a humble approach, including opportunities that they could have improved on.
