I applied online. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Jan 2015
Interview
I had one phone interview and one in person interview. The interviews were nothing out of the ordinary. There were three people at the in person interview. Each person interviewed me separately, one right after the other.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Koch (Easton, PA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had two phone screenings -- one by HR and the other by the hiring manager. I was contacted again to schedule a 4 hour F2F interview where the hiring manager would fly up (from Atlanta, GA) to complete. Immediately upon arriving for the F2F I was told they are going to add another person to the interview (1 more hour). After the F2F I followed up with a thank you email and never heard a response for 2 weeks. After a two week wait I sent another email asking about the status of the position. Again, I never received a response. As a last ditch effort I sent a follow up to the status email a week later and finally got a response saying that the position is on hold as they are changing requirements.
Update: I'm now told that the position was relocated to Atlanta, GA. Go management!
I'm disappointed in a company of its size to not at least let me know that the position was put on hold after my interview given the amount of time spent interviewing. Instead I had to reach out to them several times. If I hadn't, I don't think they would have told me.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a conflict with peer?

Interview
Nearly all the questions were behavior based. What did you do in this particular situation? What WOULD you do if you encountered it again. My advice is to read Good Profit and then review your experience for situations that highlight MBM principles.
