I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Phone screen with HR, phone screen with Tax Director, then on-site interview with 5 members of the department (one-on-one). Interview questions were standard - some behavioral, some about past work experiences. Each person seemed to be assigned two core values to ask about, so read up on those beforehand so you have some relevant experiences in mind.
From the initial phone screen to the job offer, it took about 3 weeks in total. Fastest turn-around I have ever experienced! If they want you, they aren't going to waste time.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were wrong? (speaks to core value of humility)
How you find fulfillment in your work? (speaks to core value of fulfillment)
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Koch (Singapore) in Mar 2016
Interview
Interview took place at the office. It focused a lot on skills - courses taken in school and whether I know how to used Excel, powerpoint and other software. It was stressed that ability to multitask was an important requirement and as it was a finance job, one had to be adept at doing the tasks and working in a high stress environment.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Apr 2015
Interview
The process was very informal in my opinion. First there was a "get to know you" dinner, and then the actual interview was the next day. The day of the interview, I had four, thirty minute interviews, mostly asking about my background and other behavioral questions. Just learn "Why Koch" and you should be fine.
