I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2015
Interview
I heard Koch speak at an AITP meeting and thought the company sounded great so I applied online shortly after. Not long after applying I received an email asking me to schedule a time for an on campus interview at my university.
The interviewer was very friendly and casual which helped to put me at ease. All the questions were behavioral based and dealt with past situations I had been in and class projects I had done. About two days later I received an email saying that I had been selected to attend second round interviews for one of their companies on site in Wichita.
The whole process was very easy and Koch was very accommodating. The hotel was provided for along with dinner the night before. Any person traveling more than 500 miles received airfare accommodation and those traveling less(like me) received a visa gift card to cover the expense of gas.
The on-site interview varies depending on which company your interviewing for, which position and if you'll be full-time or an intern. I believe the process can have anywhere between 2-4 interviews depending on these factors. I personally had two interviews and they were very similar to the first interview I had. These interviews were also behavioral based and dealt with past situations I had been in. Due to the fact that there are two interviewers who do not converse with each other between interviews, they tend to ask a lot of the same questions. You can either give a different example of a situation or just let them know you've been asked that question and they'll move on. Again, these interviewers were very friendly and casual and made the whole process very easy.
The last part is filling out of a review of the process and, often times, attending lunch with one of your possible supervisors. They tell you that at this point the interview process is over, but I've heard from employees that they're still asking you questions in search of a specific response and seeing how you interact with others in the lunch room. It's all very casual though and doesn't feel like your every move is being watched so it's easy to feel comfortable.
Interview questions [4]
Question 1
Tell me about a project you worked on where you had difficulty with other team members.
Tell me about a time where something didn't come easy to you or you found a topic difficult to master. How did you overcome this? What was the outcome?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Oct 2015
Interview
After the recruiters came to campus I applied online then had a 30 minute phone interview. They payed all expenses to travel to Wichita and had two 45 minute interviews. They had former interns there to escort you around the campus. They were very gracious. I enjoyed the experiance. It did require me to miss two days of school.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you inherited a problem and how you resolved that problem?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
The interview process was extremely well organized. The interview itself was more like a conversation which took the pressure off. The first round of the interview process was to determine if the candidate will be a good fit for the company. The second interview consists of four individual interviews with management members.
