I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll in Mar 2026
Interview
Four rounds of back-to-back interviews in one day, two of them focused on experience and were more behavioral; then there were people asking some typical DCF questions. Interviewers are nice. Think I answered fine but dont have very related experience, the current job market, you know it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kroll (Boston, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview was unconventional for sure, they love their behavioral questions. People who are not good under pressure would not do well in this interview; they pushed me to go more and more in depth for my answers for questions I was absolutely not expecting. I studied a lot of Kroll's technology and processes, but that wasn't really relevant in the interview. My interviewers were amazing; they were both very friendly and intelligent. The interview was hard, but I really enjoyed it. I still haven't heard back, and it has been a month, but the Boston office is very big and busy, so I am holding out hope. Overall, a very good and challenging experience.
