I applied through my school's job board after doing a bit of networking. First round was sent out a couple weeks later and was a prerecorded interview. Second round was a Superday where I talked to two employees (an Associate and MD). A couple days later, I received an offer.

Seems like the 3 rounds are focusing on different things: one is about general experience , one is more for showing you how their daily work will look like, the last one is tech focused and there will be a prob question you need to solve

the last prob question is about conditional prob in a real case.
Slow process taking about 6 months with 3 interviews. with HR stepping in at the end of the prosses to go over the offer. The length of time seemed disproportionate to the number of interviews.
