Question 1
Many standard questions, one of which was how often do you connect with your manager?
The interview process is very lengthy and perhaps the lengthesty one I have had in my career to date.
I had about six interviews overall. Didn't get the job.
The first few were just get to know you interviews, but with different people, asking you the same thing in and out - it would of saved everyone's time if they had the meeting at one time. As it was all done over the phone anyway, never in person. So I had the same conversation four times, before getting to the exercise round.
They give you a bunch of brochures to read and then you have to write a PR piece on it. You don't get much time, considering all the reading you have to do first and let along digesting all the information.
I was eventually told, I performed very well in all aspects but they didn't want to offer me the job.
Yep, absolute waste of time.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kroll (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
