I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montréal, QC) in Aug 2021
Interview
The 3 interviews are about 40min to an hour long. The first one is about yourself in general and an overview of your mandate The second is an hour meeting with the manager of the team and a representative on how knowledgeable you are and what skills you possess in order to execute the job. Finally, the last interview is all about fit with the company's culture. In general, I would say the interview process is a good experience, the people are kind and make you feel confortable during the whole process.
