Every step was properly explained, had enough documentation and time to prepare for the interviews. Also, they were always in contact with me trying to understand my feedback and my thoughts on the process, company and the overall experience.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had 3 interviews(meetings).
One intro call with the recruiter to try to understand my background, my reasons to leave current employer and what I am searching for, while also trying to give me a bit of insight on Mambu, where they are and where they are heading.
Second one was a short call with my future line manager to explain the context of the assignment I was given. The case assignment was around coming up with a plan for addressing workload issues, dis-engagement and other type of issues affecting the quality of provided services by one or more teams that you would manage.
Third interview, and final, was with my future line manager, the Platform and Reliability Champion, and the Banking Engine Champion where I had to present my assignment.
After that we had a follow up where I was presented with the offer.
