one stage interview process. Involved a face to face interview which consisted of a presentation on specific topic then questions from the interview panel. Then general competency questions from the panel related to the job description
Primero me solicitaron un screening donde debia grabar mis respuestas en video en inglés. Luego me llamaron para realizar un challenge en PowerPoint y presentarlo. Considero que antes de solicitar al candidato invertir tiempo y trabajo, seria justo al menos indicarle las condiciones de la posición (si es hibrido o presencial, remuneración etc) dado que el screening en video no permite la posibilidad de que el candidato pueda hacer preguntas o saber mas acerca de la oferta laboral.
