Mars Manager interview questions

I was initially screened by the HR Manager and was scheduled to meet with two hiring managers on a panel interview. Interviewers were very down to earth and you could tell their goal was to get to know you and learn about your experience, however I had a sense that they had already selected their candidate. They were very straight forward asking typical questions on my last experience and then gradually moving to situational and behavioral questions. You have to bring many real life examples, mostly on how you dealt with conflicts, how you solve a problem, a time when you could not solve a problem, a time when you took leadership, a project I worked on and if I met the project timeline etc. They also asked if I could see myself in other roles in the company beside the job I was interviewing.

Behavior based questions. A pretty informal environment and tour of the office area. The interview is really based upon the person interviewing and their ability to understand your abilities. Very similar to many other large companies. The panel consisted of 3 groups of two people alternating questions. The people seemed very happy and proud of their company.
