Interview
The interview process was two rounds (that i am aware of). The first round is by HR where they determine if you are able to do a simple interview. Once you clear that, you are facing the hiring manager in the next round. What i find odd is, what is written in the job title, does not reflect the actual responsibilities.
I was asked an out of pocket question regarding marketing/business when the job was about project management.

Question 1
They asked, if lets say that mastercard's client wants to introduce a new card into their products, how would you advise them on what needs to be done?
Five rounds in total: initial HR screening, peer interview (behavioral + live case), followed by a “Superloop” consisting of three interviews — peer (behavioral + case), hiring manager, and final behavioral interview with the senior director.

Interview
The interview process consists of three management consulting case interviews. Each interview assesses structured problem solving, analytical rigor, and business judgment, combined with fit questions evaluating leadership, communication, teamwork, and alignment with Mastercard’s values and client-centric consulting approach across diverse client situations.
