Interview
First Interview is with HR from Dubai. It was a generic meeting with understanding my background and telling me the overall expectation about job. If HR thinks, you are a fit, then there is a short call about budget that they think. If both parties are okay, then you continue and meet with reporting manager. It is around 40 minutes and mainly Manager is trying to understand your capabilities and work ethics. If you pass, then there is a case study to present in a 1 hour call. Finally, if you pass this, they will do a background screening and then give you the offer.

Interview
Worst interview experience I've ever had. First interview was with recruitment and was a 20min phone call with standard questions. Next interview was an in person interview with hiring manager and a senior Ireland leader who must have been there just to sign off as after asking a few questions that interviewer spent 80% of the rest of the interview on their laptop responding to chat messages. This was an in person interview so was very off putting and showed how little I was valued as a candidate. Clearly a very bad culture if this is what a senior leader thinks is setting a good example for an interview.

The interview process was smooth, the recruiter always responded with feedback. They took time to comeback with an offer after the final interview. There were two rounds of interviews with the same interviewers which was a bit strange.
