I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Istanbul) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online. A week later, I received an email asking to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter from the Brussels office.
The phone interview was approximately 30 minutes and didn't have anything particularly unexpected, typical HR questions.
Two weeks after the phone interview, I got contacted to schedule an interview at the Istanbul office. This was rescheduled twice. On my way to the office, I got a call from the interviewer saying she was at a client site on the other side of the city, but that we could have the interview at a Starbucks close to there. They paid for my taxi to get there, which was quite nice of them. The interview, which was supposed to be an hour long lasted about 30 minutes because I had a flight to catch and the interviewer probably had to get back to the client's office. The first 10 minutes were about my resume, the latter 20 were spent on a case. For an interview that was rushed, it was surprisingly low-pressure. The interviewer was quite likable and we got along quite well.
The next week, I got an invitation to another round, but had to decline because I decided to accept an offer from another company.

The online assessment is a personality questionnaire. Then I had two phone interviews, first talk to the manager, and the second one was to talk to a team member, for about half to one hour. He introduced his company, and asked my past experience and preference, followed behavior questions. No coding, even for Software Engineering position.
