I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard in Apr 2026
Interview
Super quick and easy. Took 1-2 weeks, and got an offer a week after final interview. 4 total rounds, one with recruiter, one with hiring manager, one with analyst on team, and one with executive vp, all behavioral.
One way interview with 3 questions total, had. 2 tries per question and had 3 minutes per question to prepare an answer. Also had a note taking space on the side.
I did a video interview at the end of October and I was supposed to receive an answer within 10 days. I received the rejection in February, despite all the attempts in texting the recruiter.
