Interview
I was first contacted by a recruitment agency based in Athens regarding an opportunity with Mastercard in London. The process began with an initial screening through the agency, which was clear and well-organized. After successfully passing that stage, I progressed to the hiring manager interview.
The communication throughout the process was fast and professional, and I had a very positive experience overall. During the hiring manager interview, the focus was mainly on my previous work experience, including my responsibilities, achievements, and how they relate to the role I applied for at Mastercard. The interviewer was friendly and engaging, which made the conversation flow naturally.
Overall, the Mastercard interview process was efficient, structured, and candidate-friendly, giving me a great impression of the company’s culture and professionalism.
