Question 1
Why do you want to work for Mastercard? Why this role?
Pretty straightforward, 5 rounds...I would research fintech space pretty well. Mostly virtual interviews....I would also talk about decency and ability to get things done fast. Good luck and don't forget to say that mastercard is a great company
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mastercard (Virginia) in Oct 2021
Interview
Interview Process on its own is pretty Usual. It's the HR/recruiters who are not professional. After successfully clearing all the rounds, the recruiter just ghosted. That is very Unprofessional. Other than that, it was very pleasant experience during the whole process.
