Question 1
What are the key challenges facing MasterCard now?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mastercard (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
They had asked me prior to attending a conference that they wanted to interview with me. I then had a behavioral interview with them at the conference. It was very laid back because they trusted my skills from my GPA. They asked questions to see how I solve problems and how I dealt with learning new things in my prior internships. They were extremely nice and personable. It was one of the best interviews I have had

Question 1
Explain a time when you had to deal with a problem.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mastercard (San José, ) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was a long and robust process. I made seven interviews, by phone and one on one, during 3 months. I did not receive an offer but was rude that nobody from HR, after all that time and so many interviews, call me or wrote me to tell me I was not consider anymore, I had to find from a 3rd party that somebody else was selected.
