Interview
Two interviews by phone with the corporate hr. Than two interviews face to face with two manager, one manager for the open position. One with a senior.
Two interviews, first with head of recruitment on site, second with a number of managers/VP on video conference.
Very professional in terms of interview setup and directions, well handled interviews.
First interview about 45 minutes, generic interview questions mostly (why Mastercard, strengths, weaknesses, competency based questions about people management and so on).
Second interview similar, same length.
