Interview
Recruiter screen, HM Behavioral Screen, PM Screen, HM Technical Screen
The recruiter was not very clear on what would be covered in the process other than a hypothetical might be discussed. The HM and peer PM lead were not on the same page on what to assess during the interviews -- depth on AI or Payments background. HM tried to incorporate a Vibe Coding exercise into the interview without actually thinking through how to assess or run the exercise logistics. The process and vetting process seems very subjective to HM and whoever else is on the panel. Do not expect a very structured process like Meta or Google where the rubric is well-discussed and calibrated across interviewers.
