I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mastercard (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
There was never a connect on a phone call from the company recruiter, only limited communication by emails, no proper explanation on the interview process and it was a surprise in every round. there were total 4 rounds, and for one of the rounds they asked me to prepare and present a solution for a business problem and was given a week to prepare. All 4 rounds went well but after almost 3 months i just got an automated email saying not selected with no feedback or any kind of explanation
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Mastercard (Poona)
Interview
Internal job change is highly painful. The position in which you have applied is already internally fixed and candidate is already fixed but as to just show a process they will take interview and after L1, L2 also they will not hire from other team because everything is already done and fixed
