Interview
Interview was a 4 round process excluding HR screening (Kuala Lumpur). The rounds go through case interviews where they give you a business situation and ask in your opinion how to resolve them. They also test your ability to read charts or give you simple calculations that you are require to do. They will also test you on situations and how will you resolve them based on your past experiences.
While these steps are good, the process can be stressful as you need to prepare for any situation or case that can be thrown at you. Some interviewers are ok, but I've encountered 2 out of the 4 that seemed to be a bit condesending to the extend that if you don't know the MasterCard way of answering, they will stop you and cut you off half way. I find that very disrespectful as they don't even give a chance for me to complete my answer or explain before cutting me off. So I guess, I didn't get an offer because it wasn't the MasterCard way of how they want the answer to be.
