I was contacted for TAM role in Dubai office, I had a meeting with the recruiter and I was asked to apply for the role to proceed with the next step after waiting for few days I was advised that the hiring team wants a candidate who has more experience in a similar role * Before reaching out to a candidate the hiring team should already explain their requirements to the recruiter to avoid going back and forth and to save time for the candidate and the recruiter. * As per the hiring process the next step after recruiter phone screen is hiring manager phone interview which I didn’t get the chance to do cause the mentioned reason.
