I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mastercard (Dubai) in Jul 2025
Interview
I was contacted for TAM role in Dubai office, I had a meeting with the recruiter and I was asked to apply for the role to proceed with the next step after waiting for few days I was advised that the hiring team wants a candidate who has more experience in a similar role
* Before reaching out to a candidate the hiring team should already explain their requirements to the recruiter to avoid going back and forth and to save time for the candidate and the recruiter.
* As per the hiring process the next step after recruiter phone screen is hiring manager phone interview which I didn’t get the chance to do cause the mentioned reason.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2025
Interview
3 rounds, straightforward with a case study in round 2. Recruiter - Hiring Manager - Leadership. I applied online through their website's careers page and received an email from the recruiter about 30-40 days after initial application.
The hiring manager was fantastic and very informative in terms of providing feedback. Definitely an overall positive experience.
