I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Londen, Engeland) in May 2024
Interview
Pro-active and transparent. It was a 2 way conversation . General project and leadership questions. Asking previous examples, we reviewed my CV and had a number of questions related to that about experiences and challenges

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Mastercard in May 2025
Interview
Too complex and lengthy process for consultant job! Within the first HR interview, they explained that the next steps would contain of 4 rounds of interviews each with cases and several questions to the role, myself etc. Why do you need this 4 times? Sounds very inefficient to me and is not manageable if you are currently employed (which is to be assumed!). By that, they lose the chance to get to know well-suited candidates imo.
