I had a good initial conversation with the recruiter and found them professional and approachable. Overall, it was a positive experience, though it took quite a long time before I heard back regarding next steps (a month), and ultimately they decided not to continue.

Interview
The first 2 phases are HR interviews, nice and easy. The 3rd one was a business case to be solved in 1 week and then presented to a senior PM and to the PM Director. The process was very fast and positive. Unfortunately I did not go to the next round - the only thing i thought was not very well done is i got "rejected" at friday at 17:58 and then replied to the email asking for some personalised feedback so i could work on getting better for upcoming opportunities and never heard back from them again... but other than that ok but demanding process.

3. A process-outline for managing the project.
4. A detailed back planning timeline.

Did my interview online with one local sv and one sv in hong kong, there many questions and it was tough eventhough you’ve think you’ve prepared, make sure your internet works all the time or they will lose interest and also need to be very quick to answer, the iv was a bit pushy but at ther point maybe she wanted to have best of the best
