Interview
The interview process needs a lot of improvement. Different HR representatives contact you to schedule interviews, but after several rounds, they often stop responding and don’t return calls or emails. Senior leaders take interviews but don’t give clear outcomes, leaving candidates uncertain. It would help if they shared decisions—whether selected or not—quickly, so candidates can plan their next steps. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and needs a more organized and responsive approach.
Overall a smooth process: Recruiter Screen -> HM Round -> Superday (3 Interviews). The superday was pretty tough but the questions asked were all great. Lots of case studies and leadership questions.
It was good and online. There were simple questions, Easy to answer. Question on People management, Project management etc.Location was good and in the centre of city. Good and professional behaaviour
