The process was quick and smooth.
First round. Intro with talent acquisition specialist. Overview of the product, team, and company. General questions about your experience and expectations.
Second round. Technical interview with Lead Engineer.
Third round. Soft skills and Behavioral interview with VP of Engineering with time for your questions.

Interview
There were two rounds of interview. Initial one with the manager and then with the Technical team.
First interview was mainly situational and behavioral questions. Second interview was with technical team.
I was surprised to see how unprofessional the technical team was. Even though it was a video interview, interviewers did not switch on the video. Interview persons (there were two people), did not even tell their name or introduced themselves. They didn't even answer my question on how are they doing..? I did not expect this kind of unprofessional experience from a company like Mastercard.
The interviewer's did not ask many questions. I think they came with a predetermined mind. It was a complete waste of my time.
