I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Poona) in Dec 2016
Interview
First round technical (f2f). Second round managerial (f2f)and third telephonic HR discussion for compensation. The technical round contains lot of in depth framework/architecture level questions. Followed by Managerial round if cleared technical round. Manager provides the overview of type of work and ongoing project.
The most unresponsive HR I've ever seen. Applied online, got an email from recruiter who scheduled for a initial screening call. Did not call. No message no nothing. Followed up through email to figure out whats going on. Got a response a business day after, and scheduled a call few hours later. Said she would get back in 2 - 3 days. A week has passed. Nothing. I'm sort of glad that I'm not wasting my time through the interview process. Even the bigger tech companies are more responsive.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mastercard (Washington, DC) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was brought in for an on-campus interview on Monday (45 minutes) (I was asked House Robber, and House Robber II). I was called back for another on-campus interview on Wednesday (45 minute) (I was asked to develop an algorithm to win Bananagrams). That evening, I was called back for an all-day interview on Friday (4 45 interviews).
All the interviews were very good, and gave good feedback when I asked a question.
I got an offer on Thursday the week after my interview.
