None technical, mostly behavioral, they mainly assess your personality, and how well you're able to respond to their questions. My position wasn't technical, it was mostly project management. I was very outgoing and joked a lot, and showed quite a bit of enthusiasm. So that probably helped, but it depends on the interviewer I'd say.
