FB is pretty transparent with their process. There is a screening round with a Product Sense portion and an "Execution" portion. Next round has the same two sections plus one about leadership experiences. If there isn't clear signal from those you may be asked to retake some of the portions of the interview.

Awesome, met some really great people! Had an initial phone call with the recruiter, full loop round with 6 different team members, I heard back fairly quickly, recruiter actually gave feedback which is rare. No conplaints!

Started with Screening call Both - Product execution, Product sense interviews. Behavioral interview. Another Product sense interview was when they could not decide if to continue. Haven't got an offer
