I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2021
Interview
Submitted CV via referral process, was contacted for HR screening interview the next day. Was easy to book a slot that suited via their calendar.
Was told in the email that the role I would be interviewed for was a different one to the one which I applied for. Prepared for that role only to be told at the actual phone interview that I was actually interviewing for the original role.
Was a general "tell me about your CV" type interview.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Straight forward process: recruiter phone screen, then execution interview and product sense interview and onsite with product sense, execution, and leadership and drive interview.
Most of the questions I got were repeats from the Product Alliance question sheet. If you have then the Product Alliance Facebook course, you'll be totally fine.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
Nine. Different interviews. all drawn out. Schedules were constantly changed and interviewers were checking their phone and reading emails while chatting with me. It was a bummer, and was really disappointing. I understand being busy but you could see the light changing when they kept changing windows on their screen.
