Initial 30 minute interview with software manager asked 1 or 2 technical questions and 1 or 2 questions about general interest. Follow up virtual onsite two 30 minute interviews with software engineers.
The administration was a bit messed up and I got the wrong interview time after the codified assessment. The questions were a bit less technical than I thought (it could just be that I talked too much when answering the behavioral lol).
Did a 30 minute interview at my college followed by an interview onsite in their Redmond office. The first interview asked a fairly standard coding question. The onsite was 2 interviews where I got asked a combination of behavioral and technical questions (some more open ended than others).
