Moody's interview questions

The process was quite standard if a little long. Things were required of me very quickly but replies were quite slow. Had an initial remote interview, a full day interview (3 parts) and a followup chat with a potential team then was fully ghosted.

I was recently interviewed for a senior position and found the recruitment process underwhelming. The entire experience felt impersonal and poorly aligned with the level of the role. The HR representative appeared very junior, and there was no meaningful feedback provided at any stage. Combined with the heavy reliance on AI-driven interactions, the process came across as cheap and lacking the professionalism one would expect for a senior hire.
