Moody's interview questions

Unorganised. Delayed and slow process. I interviewed with them 5 times with the first round HR call being 4 months back, I went round by round and after the final interview, they got back to after 1.5 months only to send 3 sentences saying that they havent selected me. The HR would constantly say we’re waiting to finish the final rounds for others before deciding the final outcome without any context and that lasted 1.5 months. The whole process was so slow and underwhelming. Infact the final round , they ask to give a product demo without giving any instructions. How do you give a product demo when you cant even get access to their portal. Very unorganised and delayed process.

I had my third-round interview at their London office with two interviewers — a gentleman and a lady. The gentleman was perfectly professional, asked relevant questions, and appeared to have no hidden agenda. However, the lady — who would have been my direct manager — had clearly not reviewed my CV (she even asked about the notice period for a role I left three years ago) and proceeded to ask a series of disjointed questions. It felt as though she was more interested in extracting details about my sales approach than conducting a proper interview. At that point, I found it difficult to remain engaged and seriously considered ending the interview early. It was a rather unique experience, to say the least.
