I applied online. I interviewed at Moody's (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2016
Interview
1 hour interview with HR. The questions were mostly behavioural. Lots of questions were asked to determine personality fit with company.
At the end of the interview I was told that I would proceed to the next step, which was a in person interview.
The interview was well structured and next steps were clearly outlined

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Fairly straight forward. I had a phone interview with my prospective manager and then 2 weeks later had an in-person interview. Met with all representatives in one day and received a phone call 2 weeks later.

Question 1
Asked to perform a trend analysis from a chart example
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's in Jan 2017
Interview
I took the 15 minute phone interview with a member of HR, and it was not what I expected it to be so I want to make sure other people know what to expect!
I was expecting a relatively straight forward compentency based interview, as many others on here have said that is what it consists of; however that is not what happened! They will predominantly ask you what you know about Moody's and why you want to work there (not unusual, however for me this was almost the full 15 minutes, so you need to be well read up at this stage already, i.e. have more than 5 minutes worth of material on them!).
Unfortunately the official Moody's website for the graduate scheme does not have a lot of details on it about what to expect at each stage so I was relatively unprepared for this as I had relied on other reviews on here, which are possibly outdated.
