1- Essay writing round. 2- Aptitude Test 3- Technical Round Aptitude was kind of tricky but if u have prepared for CAT then you would be able to crack it.There were four questions from finance background too. I was gone through three PI. And in every PI they tried to check my knowledge and my ability to think.I Gave my best.They asked me around 5-6 case studies. By every PI level gets higher.

i got interview via recruiter and met with recruiter once. was asked some questions by recruiter. and then got a phone interview from moddy's HR manager. so the process was just less then 2 days.

Aptitude round with 48 ques in 48 min. With a bit of logic and reasoning can be cracked easily. Then there was the round with the manager after which they asked me to ask from the hr. No response from the hr at ol. No feedback given.
