I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Moody's (Bengaluru) in Mar 2025
Interview
Resume was shortlisted followed by an interview process, as the opportunity was part of an on-campus recruitment drive (post graduate diploma in management - PGDM) from a reputed business school
Interviewer was nice, quick to identify goals and very candid process. Interviewer was honest in what they were looking for and this made the process much easier. Asked about work experiences, what I was looking for in my new role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about what i did in my previous role, how that was applicable to the new role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's in Feb 2025
Interview
Mostly ok process, but no closure after the final round. I interviewed for the role and made it to the final stage. The process was long but smooth and respectful — until the end.
Despite being told I was a final round candidate, I never heard back with an outcome, even after following up. It was disappointing, especially for a communications role. A quick update would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I'd never consider Moody's again and have told all my contacts about this disappointing experience.
