The most broken hiring process I have ever come across. So pathetic. One online aptitude test, followed by briefing by staff where they mention about the profile and the fact that it's a monotonous job. Imagine. Which company says that to a prospective candidates!
This will be followed by 4 levels of personal interviews including technical and behavioural rounds.!
Seriously? For just a GLORIFIED DATA ENTRY JOB!! Yes, that's what this profile is exactly. Don't be fooled by the position title.
Not to mention, I have never seen HR so worse . There is absolutely no feedback , total radio silence, you are in limbo whether you are selected or not. Pathetic.
Read the horrible stories here of candidates who were not hired inspite of getting offer letter.
Beware and don't fall for the MNC trap.

Question 1
Technical questions related to private equity and all
we have to apply through their career site. Initial stage is aptitude test. They contact the candidate if they have cleared the test for further process. it takes one day to complete the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morningstar (Bombay) in May 2019
Interview
There was a test focussing on finance technicals and accounting. This was an elimination round followed by two rounds of technical interview focussing on finance technicals and basic understanding of business and one HR round
