Morningstar Data Research Analyst interview questions

The most broken hiring process I have ever come across. So pathetic. One online aptitude test, followed by briefing by staff where they mention about the profile and the fact that it's a monotonous job. Imagine. Which company says that to a prospective candidates! This will be followed by 4 levels of personal interviews including technical and behavioural rounds.! Seriously? For just a GLORIFIED DATA ENTRY JOB!! Yes, that's what this profile is exactly. Don't be fooled by the position title. Not to mention, I have never seen HR so worse . There is absolutely no feedback , total radio silence, you are in limbo whether you are selected or not. Pathetic. Read the horrible stories here of candidates who were not hired inspite of getting offer letter. Beware and don't fall for the MNC trap. There are no STARS in this MORNING. After long wait,
