What experiences do you have that may be useful? Why the company? Why the program? How do you handle difficult coworkers? What are your strengths? What do you know about the company?

1, recorded response questions 2, interview with an engineer 3, ton of online behavior questionnaire 4, VO, group project (very bad experience) and 4 back-to-back BQ+tech interviews. It was my first time to do a group project, the performance is highly depended on the members assigned. Super awkward if everyone is trying to take the "leadership".
